摘要
从拉伸强度、硬度、扯断伸长率的变化及粘合强度等方面研究了用硅氮化合物交联剂硫化的室温硫化硅橡胶的力学性能,并与用Si(OEt)_4交联的硫化胶相比较,前者在350℃仍能保持较好的力学性能,具有很好的热稳定性,而后者在250℃时力学性能下降40%左右;而且前者对金属和高分子材料的粘合强度比后者提高3~7倍。讨论了催化剂、胶料对硫化胶力学性能的影响。
The tensile strength , hardness , elongation and adhesive strength of room temperature vulcanized ( RTV ) silicone rubber cured in the absence of catalyst byKH-CL crosslinking agents containing silicon - nitwgen bond were determined before and after heat aging at high temperature. It was shown that the mechanical properties of KH -CL cured RTV silicone rubber still remained at high temperature up to 350C , whereas those of conventional Si( OEt )4 cured RTV silicone rubberreduced by about 40% only at the temperature of 250℃.The adhesive strength of the former to metal, inorganic and polymer materials was 3 ~ 7 times greater than that of the latter. The factors affecting the mechanical properties of the vulcanizate were also discussed.
