摘要
以乙酰丙酮镍为闭环脱水催化剂,运用改进的醋酐法,合成了N-苯基马来酰亚胺。结果表明,反应物及催化剂等的最佳配比(摩尔比)为n马来酸酐∶n苯胺∶n三乙胺∶n醋酸酐:n乙酰丙酮镍=1.05~1.1∶1∶1∶1∶0.1,最终产率为90%。对合成的N-苯基马来酰亚胺分别进行了FT-IR和1H NMR表征。
N-phenylmaleimide was synthesized with the closing-ring dehydration catalyst of nickel diacetylacetonate (Ni(acac)2) by acetic anhydride method. It showed that the optimal feed ratio was nmaleic anhydride : naniline : ntriethylamine :nacetic anhidride : n Ni(acac)2= 1.05~1.1: 1: 1: 1: 0.1, and the yield was 90%. N-phenylmaleimide was characterized by FT-IR and IH NMR, respectively.
