摘要 CD44v6与肿瘤侵袭和转移密切相关,被认为是肿瘤的特征性和早期指标。乳腺癌是女性常见的恶性肿瘤,近年来发病率和死亡率逐年上升。对其进行深入研究对乳腺肿瘤的诊断及预后具有重大意义。 The CD44v6 protein is closely related with invasion and metastasis of the neoplasm.It is considered as a marker and early indicator of the neoplasm.Breast cancer is a common malignant tumor among women,of which mobility rate and death rate are increasing in recent years.The in-depth study on CD44v6 will be a great significance in diagnosis and prognosis of the breast cancer.
