摘要 目的探讨CD44v6在乳腺癌及乳腺腺病中的表达变化与临床病理意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法,分别检测52例乳腺癌及15例乳腺腺病组织CD44v6的表达情况,分析其与临床病理参数的关系。结果CD44v6在乳腺癌中的阳性表达率78.8%(41/52),在乳腺腺病中阳性表达率13.3%(2/15),其差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),并且其阳性表达率与肿瘤分化程度和淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05)。结论CD44v6的表达可能与乳腺癌的分化及患者预后相关。 Objective To investigate the relationship between the CD44v6 expression in breast cancer and breast adenosis and the clinicopathologic features. Methods The CDd4v6 expression was detected in 52 cases of breast cancer and 15 cases of breast adenosis by the im- munohistochemical staining. Results The positive rate of the CD44v6 expression in breast cancer was 78.8%(41/52),significantly higher than that( 13.3%, 2/15)in breast adenosis(P〈0.01 ). Its positive expression rate is closely related to the degree of tumor differentiation and lymph node metastasis(P〈0.05). Conclusion The CD44v6 expression may participate in the differentiation of breast cancer and be associated with its prognosis.
