摘要
目的:探索金樱子醇提物的抗炎作用。方法:应用巴豆油致小鼠耳廓肿胀、大鼠棉球肉芽肿及大鼠胸腔白细胞游走等试验观察金樱子醇提物的抗炎作用。结果:金樱子醇提物无抑制小鼠耳廓肿胀的作用;显著促进大鼠肉芽组织生长(P<0.05);明显减少角叉菜胶所致的胸腔液白细胞总量(P<0.01)。结论:金樱子醇提物有一定的抗炎作用。
Objective：To research the antiinflammation effects of jinyingzi;Methods：to observe the antiinflammation effect of jinyingzi,measured swelling degrees of ear flaps induced by croton oil on mice、granulation swelling by cotton and neutrophil count on rats;Results： Jinyingzi did not significantly inhibited swelling induced by croton oil in the ear of mice.The ethanol extracts of jinyingzi have promote growth of granulation organize with 1.25、2.5g/kg（P〈0.05）.The extracts of jinyingzi could markedly reduce neutrophil count in the carrageenan-induced rats（P〈0.01）;Conclusion： Jinyingzi can enhance the antiinflammatory reaction.
