摘要
给小鼠灌胃巴豆霜1.5g/kg,可明显降低耳肿胀、毛细血管通透性、白细胞游走(大鼠)及对热疼痛反应;明显减少胸腺和脾指数及腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能。此外,对小鼠具有致突变性。
Badoshuang (BDS) , a Chinese traditional medicine, in the dosage on ingestion markedly inhibited the swelling of ear capillary permeability, migration of leukocytes (in rat) and the pain response of heat in mice.
BDS also markedly decrease the indexes of thymus and spleen, and inhibited the phagocytosis of peritoneal macrophages. In addition, BDS can induce the mutation. The results show that BDS can induce mutation and has marked inhibition on the inflammation and immune function.
