摘要
金樱子含有丰富的营养物质(维生素、氨基酸、矿物质等)和活性成分(多糖、黄酮、三萜类物质及其衍生物),具有降低血脂和血压、消炎抗菌、清除亚硝胺和肌酸的作用,可增强人体免疫力,防癌抗癌.通过综述金樱子主要成分、保健功能以及产品开发等研究概况,分析了金樱子研究中存在的问题,并探讨今后的研究和发展方向.
Rosa laevigata Michx.is rich in nutrients(vitamins,amino acids,minerals,etc.) and active ingredients(polysaccharides,flavonoids,triterpenoids and their derivatives),and has the effects of lowering blood lipid and blood pressure,eliminating inflammation,suppressing bacteria,removing nitrosamines and creatine,enhancing immunity,preventing and resisting cancer.The paper reviewed the survey of the study on the main constituent,the healthcare function and the product development of Rosa laevigata Michx.,analyzed the problem existing in the study,and discussed the future study and development direction.
