摘要
随着经济全球化趋势的加强,商务英语在经济生活中的地位与作用越来越重要,因此商务英语翻译的质量也备受关注。德国功能翻译理论强调翻译目的,重视翻译行为参与者之间的人际交往,认为好的译文要合适而非对等。文章依据德国功能翻译理论探讨商务英语的翻译,提出了商务英语翻译实践活动要遵循的三条原则,即准确﹑简洁﹑礼貌原则,以期为译者提供一些参考。
With the strengthening of economic globalization,Business English is playing increasingly significant role,therefore its translation quality is much more concerned than before.German Functionalism emphasizes the translation purposes,pays much attention to interactions among participants in translation actions,and deems that adequacy is more important than equivalence.The paper which is based on the theory proposes that the translation action of Business English should follow three principles,that is accuracy,conciseness and politeness,with the hope that the paper can give some clue to translators.
