摘要
目的研究丹芪调经颗粒的制备工艺。方法以干膏得率和黄芪甲苷得率作为评价指标,采用L9(34)正交试验法优选丹芪调经颗粒的提取工艺;以颗粒吸湿性、流动性和成型性为指标,对干法制粒的工艺进行研究。结果最佳提取工艺为:加10倍水,回流提取3次,每次1.5 h;干压法制备得到的颗粒吸湿性、流动性和成型性好。结论优选得到的丹芪调经颗粒工艺稳定可行,可应用于工业化生产。
Objective To optimize the preparation process of Danqi Tiaojing Granula.Methods The optimal extraction of Danqi Tiaojing Granula was investigated by the L9(34) orthogonal experiment.With hydroscopicity,fluidity and formability as the indexes,the dry granulating process was evaluated.Results The optimal extraction procedures were as follows: adding 10-fold water,refluxing extraction for 3 times(1.5 hours per time).The hydroscopicity,fluidity and formability of the granula were in accord with manufacture requirements.Conclusion The optimized extraction and formation processes are stable and feasible,and can be used for the industrialized production.
