摘要
新课改十年经历了连续四次争鸣,其实质就是双方“破”与“立”的博弈,即新课改是实然改革还是应然愿景。不可否认,新课改理念本身既存在理想超前的事实,又遭遇付诸实施艰难的现实。因此,新课改既要加强主体能量的提升,增强适应性,还要注重自身问题的修正,增加适切性;新课改需要“无为而无不为”的大智慧,既要强调尊重现实与继承传统,更要寻求公众认同,获得改革合力,形成改革自觉。
The new curriculum reform has experienced four continuous arguments during the last ten years. The essential is the argument between "Destructuring" and "Structuring", that is to say, the new curriculum reform is the reform as it is or the visualization as it ought to be. There is no denying that the ideas of the new curriculum reform not only have the fact that ideas are out of the practice but also encounter the reality that it is hard to put them into practice. Therefore, the enhancing of subject power should be reinforced to inerease the adaptation and the revision of the problems itself should be paid attention to increase the propriety in the new curriculum reform. The great wisdom that "Do nothing and everything is done" should be used in the new curriculum reform, the reality and the tradition should be respected and carried on, and public identification should be sought to get resultant force and create the consciousness of reform.
