中国典型低碳通信产品二氧化碳减排量评估及分类研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用全生命周期评价(LCA)、The Greenhouse Gas Protocol for Project Accounting和The Greenhouse Gas Protocol for Corporate Accounting三种测算方法对信息与通信技术(ICT)产品的二氧化碳减排能力进行评估。在测算了14种典型ICT产品后,创造了低碳-经济发展(LC-E)矩阵,并将ICT产品分为明星产品、环卫工人产品、现金取款机产品和问号产品四类,根据不同种类的特点给出了不同产品的发展建议。 The carbon dioxide emission reduction capacity of information and telecommunication technology (ICT) solutions is assessed by life cycle assessment (LCA) , the Greenhouse Gas Protocol for Project Accounting and the Greenhouse Gas Protocol for Corporate Accounting. In this paper, the low carbon-economy (LC-E) matrix is created after analyzing and calculating 14 ICT solutions, and all the ICT solutions are divided into four categories: star product, sanitation worker, cash supporter and question mark. Four different development proposals are given to four categories of ICT solutions according to characteristics.
