摘要
ICT在节能减排和促进低碳经济发展中的重要性得到政府的重视和认可,本文在分析ICT技术推动节能减排所受影响因素的基础上,从通信产业节能减排先行和ICT助力其他行业节能减排两个方面,提出实现ICT推动节能减排的具体途径。
The importance of ICT in the energy conservation and emission reduction and promoting the development of low carbon economy has been recognized by the government. The influence factors to promote energy conservation and emission reduction by the ICT technology are analyzed, then the ways of ICT pushing energy conservation and emission reduction are proposed from the two aspects of communication industry energy-saving emission reduction first and ICT assisted other industry energy conservation and emission reduction.
