摘要
将农村人力资源总量上的优势转化为推动社会经济发展的可持续力量,是广西北部湾经济区开发的关键。以农村人力资源开发现状评价指标体系为框架,采用主成分分析法对广西北部湾4个城市农村人力资源利用现状、开发程度及潜力、支撑环境等方面进行综合评价与排序,并提出相应的建议,为促进区域经济开发提供科学参考。
Transform the total quantity＇s predominance of rural human resources as the sustainable power of social economic development,which was the key to enhance the development of Northern Guangxi Gulf Economic Zone.According to the scheme of evaluating indicator system about present rural human resources development,the principal component analysis to evaluate the present utilization degree and potential development of rural human resources,and also including respective reality condition was introduced.Finally,the order of comprehensive appreciation about human resources sustainable development was given,and then the corresponding suggestions were proposed to promote the development of Northern Guangxi Gulf Economic Zone.
