摘要
人力资源管理着眼于提升和开发人力资源,全面提升人口素质,因而在经济和社会发展中的作用和地位日益彰显。分析我国农村人力资源现状及存在的问题,并提出农村人力资源开发的有效路径。
Human resottrce management is focusing on upgrading for the development of human resource and comprehensively improvement of the quality of the population,which plays an important role in the economic and social development. The shortage of rural human resources in China is becoming the main bottleneck inhibiting the coustruction of new rural and development of urban and rural co-ordination.It is an important way to enhance the supply level of human resource in rural area through effective measures and means to build a new socialist countryside and co-ordinate the development of integrated urban and rural area.
