摘要
农村团支部是共青团的基层组织,农村团干部则是农村共青团工作的具体组织者和落实者。赣榆团县委社工部深入到全县乡镇、行政村团组织,对基层团干部队伍建设情况进行了实地调研,结合调研情况分析,对如何进一步加强基层团干部队伍建设进行了深入的探索和思考。
As the rural League branch is the basic organization of CYL,so the rural League cadre is the specific organizer and conductor in all walks of life in the countryside.In the new era,the League organizations are engaged in cultivating cadres of high quality and strong ability in basic League units.The Social Work Department of the county committee of CYL made investigation into the basic construction work,then exploration and reflections were made,aiming at further strategies to reinforce the construction of basic cadre group.
