摘要
高校的根本任务是培养人才,培养新型乡土人才是民族地区高校服务国家战略和经济社会发展的重要任务和光荣使命,如何培养乡村振兴需要的新型乡土人才是民族地区高校面临的新课题。研究民族地区高校乡土人才培养的时代使命和实现路径对于该地区破解人才瓶颈制约,为全面实施乡村振兴战略提供人才保障和智力支持具有重要意义。
Training talents is the fundamental task of universities, while training new local talents is an important task and glorious mission for national strategy and economic and social development of universities in ethnic areas. Thus, how to train new local talents needed for rural revitalization is a new research topic that universities in ethnic minority areas are facing. It is significant to study the mission of the time of universities and the realization path of local talents training in minority areas for solving the bottleneck restriction of talents and providing talent guarantee and intellectual support for the full implementation of rural revitalization strategy.
