摘要
本调研报告主要基于对铜仁市各区县在网络上发布的政府工作报告、人才发展规划等数据的调查,围绕其旅游乡土人才培养的人才战略、人才队伍现状、人才需求、人才培养举措以及人才培养遇到的问题、困难和建议等方面展开阐述,通过对铜仁市乡村旅游乡土人才培养遇到的困难与问题分析提出的对策与措施有一定应用价值。
This investigation report mainly centers on illustrating the tourism talents strategy of local talent cultivation,the situation of talent team,talent demand,initiatives of talent cultivation and problems,difficulties and suggestions of talent cultivation based on governmental work report of all districts and counties released on the Internet and investigation of talent development planning.The countermeasures put forward has a certain application value through analyzing the difficulties and problems encountered in the local tents cultivation of rural tourism.
