摘要
优化地方高校公费师范生培养模式是高质量推进乡村振兴战略的必然选择,也是发展公平而有质量乡村教育的必要举措,又是促进乡村教师新乡贤队伍建设的现实需要。以Y地方高校为例,反思乡村振兴背景下公费师范生培养模式的现实困境,存在培养目标“去农化”,课程设置与乡村教育需求相脱节,实践教学场域脱离乡村教育环境,“地方高校-地方政府-乡村学校”的协同育人形式化等问题。地方高校要立足乡村教育实际重构公费师范生的培养模式,定向发力、精准培养本土化的乡村优质师资,为乡村振兴提供新力量。
Optimizing the training mode of public-funded normal students in local colleges and universities is an inevitable choice to promote the strategy of high-quality rural revitalization.This paper takes Y local colleges and universities as an example to reflect on the practical dilemma of the training mode of public-funded normal students under the background of rural revitalization.The problems are as the following,the"de-agriculturalization"of training objectives,the curriculum setting being out of touch with the needs of rural education,the practical teaching being divorced from the rural education environment,and the collaborative education among"local colleges and universities—local governments—rural schools"being pointless formalities.Local colleges and universities should reconstruct the training mode of public-funded normal students based on the actual situation of rural education,and make targeted efforts to cultivate localized high-quality rural teachers to provide new energy for rural revitalization.
