摘要
目的优选三七止血贴中三七药材的最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法,以提取液中人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1、三七皂苷R1的总含量为指标,优选药材的提取工艺。结果药材较优的提取工艺为加70%的乙醇8倍,提取3次,每次0.5 h。结论优选的提取工艺三七总皂苷提取率高,操作简便,适用于生产。
Objective To optimize the extraction technology of medicinal material radix notojinseng in Sanqi Zhixue Patchs.Methods The orthogonal test was employed for selecting the optimum extraction technology with the total contents of ginsenoside Rg1,ginsenoside Rb1,notoginsenoside R1 as the indexes in water extraction.Results The better extraction technology was adding 8 times amount of 70% ethanol,extracting for 3 times and 0.5 h for each time.Conclusion The considerable extraction rate of active components in the drugs is achieved by applying the selected technology,and the simple method is fit for production.
