摘要
对三七总皂苷的不同提取方法进行综述,其传统提取有渗漉、回流法等;现代提取有超声提取、超临界流体萃取、微波提取、酶提取法等。笔者论述了当提取工艺变化时t PNS提取率的变化情况,总结了t PNS提取工艺的研究进展。
