摘要
通过在室内采用透明玻璃管建立模拟井下节流实验装置,进行多组常规低压实验,观察泡沫通过节流嘴时的现象,分析节流井泡沫排水机理。发现泡沫通过节流嘴时,会出现堆积、破泡、桥堵以及二次成泡几个过程,同时测定模拟节流井实验泡沫的含水率和携液率,对井下节流气井泡沫排水采气研究具有参考价值。
In this study, an experimental device for downhole throttling simulation is established using transparent glass tubesto carry out some conventional low-pressure tests. Observing the foam passing through throttling nozzle, analyzing the foaming drainage mechanism of throttling well, this paper describes when passing through the nozzle, foam will accumulate, burst, block and beformed again in succession. Moreover, the water cut and fluid-carrying rate of the foam are determined. It provides a reference forfoaming drainage gas recovery of downhole throttling gas well.
