摘要 气井井下节流工艺是将节流器置于油管的适当位置来实现井下节流调压,利用地热对节流后的天然气加热,改变天然气水合物的生成条件,对防止水合物生成起到了积极作用。文中建立了气井井下节流压降温降以及节流后地层加热过程的数学模型,以苏里格气田某井为例,应用自制气井井筒动态分析软件,对比分析了井下节流与地面节流水合物生成与携液情况。井下节流大幅降低水合物的生成温度,有效解决了气井积液的生产技术难题。 Downhole choke technology is to adjust downhole pressure through installing the choke in an appropriate position on the tube.The gas flowing through the choke is heated up by the geotherm and the conditions of gas hydrate formation changes so as to effectively prevent gas hydrate formation.In this article the mathematical models of pressure drop,temperature drop and formation heating process after choke are proposed.The authors takes the gas well SU39-14-2 as an example and takes the comparative analysis of the generate conditions and liquid storage by using the self-made wellbore dynamic analytical software.The results show that downhole choke technology can reduce drastically the temperature of hydrate forming,and effectively solve the liquid loading problems of gas well.It can avoid the generation of hydrate through physical methods and is more favorable and economical than alcohol injection.
