摘要
针对大牛地气田多数气井在生产过程中易形成水合物、影响气井正常生产的问题,采用天然气水合物预测经验公式法,预测了水合物生成的最大井深,并利用气井垂直管流计算方法确定了合理节流气嘴直径。通过应用井下节流工艺,降低了气井的井筒压力,加之井下温度高,因而有效地制止了天然气水合物的形成;同时选择合理的气嘴直径,有效地控制了气产量的大小,满足了输气要求,避免了现场作业的盲目性。
Because the hydrates are prone to be formed in most gas wells of Daniudi gas field, the normal production of these wells will be seriously influenced by this phenomenon. Therefore, experience formula for natural gas hydrate prediction was used to calculate the maximum well depth where the hydrates form, and a calculation method for gas well vertical pipe flow was used to define reasonable diameter of throttling nozzle. Through application of downhole choking technology, wellbore pressure of gas wells was reduced, which effectively prevented development of natural gas hydrates under high downhole temperatures. Meanwhile, appropriate nozzle diameters were chosen to control gas production rate, so that gas demand could be satisfied avoiding blind operation.
