摘要
目的比较哌甲酯对注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)患儿治疗前后事件相关电位的影响。方法 ADHD患儿32例口服哌甲酯后应用丹迪Keypoint肌电-诱发电位仪进行Go/Nogo任务的事件相关电位检测,以30名健康儿童作为健康对照组,对事件相关电位主成分进行比较。应用SPSS 13.0软件进行统计学分析。结果 ADHD患儿服药后Go-P3潜伏期(355.16±17.04)ms,短于服药前(366.66±19.32)ms,但长于健康对照组(333.70±23.57)ms(Pa<0.05);波幅(5.88±1.72)μV,高于服药前(4.82±2.14)μV,但低于健康对照组(7.19±1.87)μV(Pa<0.05);ADHD患儿服药后Nogo-P3波幅(6.13±1.68)μV,高于服药前(5.04±1.76)μV,但低于健康对照组(8.32±2.03)μV(P<0.05,0.01)。结论哌甲酯能改善ADHD患儿的注意性及抑制性执行功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of methylphenidate on event related potential(ERP) in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD).Methods Thirty-two children with ADHD(ADHD group)were treated for oral using methylphenidate and observed for 2 hours,scale for the assessment of methylphenidate were evaluated with the P300 ERP in Go/Nogo task.Thirty healthy children(healthy control group) were controls,to compare the differences of ERP main components.Results The latency[(355.16±17.04) ms] and amplitude[(5.88±1.72) μV] of Go-P3 in ADHD group after treatment were significantly shorter and higher than before treatment[(366.66±19.32) ms and(4.82±2.14) μV,Pa0.05],but longer and lower than those in healthy control group[(333.70±23.57) ms and(7.19±1.87) μV,Pa0.05].The amplitude [(6.13±1.68) μV] of Nogo-P3 in ADHD group after treatment were significantly higher than before treatment[(5.04±1.76) μV,P0.05],but lower than that in healthy control group[(8.32±2.03) μV,P0.05].Conclusion Methylphenidate can improve the attention and inhibitive executive functions in children with ADHD.
