The trait anger affects conflict control: a ERPs study

摘要 目的考察在安静状态下不同愤怒特质者对刺激的冲突控制是否存在差异。方法问卷调查法筛选低、高特质怒被试(低特质怒组,n=14;高特质怒组,n=16),完成Stroop任务。采集被试行为数据和脑电数据,分析被试在一致刺激和不一致刺激下行为学及脑电潜伏期、波幅的差异。结果行为学结果中,两组被试一致及不一致刺激下的反应时及反应正确率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。脑电结果中,两组被试的N450峰潜伏期、波幅及差异波比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),虽然两组被试冲突性慢电位(SP)的峰潜伏期和波幅差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但SP差异波(不一致减一致)面积比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于不同愤怒特质者而言,其对冲突刺激的加工解决的脑激活程度没有显著的差异。但不同愤怒特质者对反应监控能力存在不同,低特质怒者在不一致刺激中投入的认知监控资源多于高特质怒者,对反应的监控较强。 Objective To observe the differences of conflict control between low- and hightrait anger group. Methods The participants were assigned to high and low trait anger group (n = 16, 14) by their STAXI-2 score. Behavioral data and ERPs data relevant to a visual Stroop task in high and low trait anger group were recorded and analyzed. Results No significant differences were found in either reaction time or accuracy (P 〉 0.05). No significant differences were found in the N450 of ERPs either (P 〉 0.05). Although, no significant differences were found in the peak latency and amplitude of conflict slow potential (SP) of participants in two groups (P 〉 0.05), the difference wave (incongruent minus congruent) of conflict SP of ERPs showed a significant difference in the central-parietal regions (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Although the N450 component is not modulated by the trait anger, the conflict SP component relevant to response monitoring is smaller in high than that in low trait anger group. These data implicate that the dysfunction of conflict control in high trait anger individuals.
