反应挤出制备钢带管粘接树脂的研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用双螺杆反应挤出的方式制备了钢带管粘接树脂,研究了助剂搭配、原材料选择、工艺参数等几个主要因素对反应挤出制备粘接树脂的影响。结果表明:共单体和复配引发体系的使用比传统方式更能提高PE的接枝率和接枝效率,得到的粘接树脂具有更优异的粘接强度。 In this paper, the adhesion resin of steel-PE composite pipe was prepared by twin-screw ex- truder; the effect of assistant's collocation/material choosing/technological parameter to the preparation of ad- hesion resin was studied. Results showed that multi-monomer and complex initiator can increase the grafting ration significantly, and the adhesion resin prepared by this way had the excellent bonding strength.
