摘要
分析了不同螺杆组合方式及喂料工艺对增韧ABS挤出工艺和材料力学性能的影响,并设计了一种适合于增韧ABS加工的螺杆组合方式,结果表明,通过适当的螺杆组合和喂料工艺可改善增韧ABS的挤出工艺,提高材料的力学性能。
The effects of different screw assemble and feeding process on the extruding process and mechanical properties of toughened ABS were analyzed, and a suitable type of screw assemble for toughened ABS was designed. The results of experiments showed proper screw assemble and feeding process could improve the extruding processing and upgrade the mechanical properties of the toughened ABS.
