摘要
研究和制备了一种用于钢塑复合管热熔胶的PE接枝母料。结果表明:LLDPE接枝母料复配热熔胶的黏结力最强;马来酸酐(MAH)和过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)的最佳用量分别为1.5和0.08 phr;通过引入共聚单体苯乙烯(St)能进一步提高PE接枝母料的接枝率,从而提高PE接枝母料复配热熔胶的黏结力;PE接枝母料的最佳配比为LLDPE:DCP:MAH:St=100:0.08:1.5:2.1。
A kind of PE grafting masterbath for hot melt adhesive using in steel-plastic composite pipe was prepared and investigated. The results show that: the bonding force of hot melt adhesive compounded with LLDPE grafting masterbatch was the best; the optimal contents of MAH and DCP are 1.5 phr and 0.08 phr respectively. The grafting ratio of PE grafting masterbatch further improves with the introducing of St, and then the bonding force of hot melt adhesive improves. The optimal ratio of PE grafting masterbatch as follows: LLDPE:DCP:MAH:St=100:0.08:1.5:2.1.
