响应曲面法优化啮合同向双螺杆挤出机固体输送段主机功率消耗和固体输送量的研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用响应曲面法中Box-Behnken方法设计试验并分析,建立了啮合同向双螺杆挤出机固体输送段功率消耗和固体输送量的多因素二次多项式数学模型。探讨了主要因素对功率和输送量的影响及其交互作用。验证了模型的有效性。模型所预测的功率和输送量与试验得到的数据误差小于10%。利用试验得到功率和固体输送量的回归方程,可实现对啮合同向双螺杆挤出机固体输送段功率消耗和固体输送量的预测和优化,提高能效,节约能源。 Using Box-Behnken method of response surface methodology to design experiment and analyze, second order quad- ratic equations for power consumption and solid quantity delivered of solid conveying process in intermeshing co-rotating twin screw extruder were built. The effects of main factors on power consumption and solid quantity delivered and their corresponding relationships were discussed. The validity of model was tested. The deviation between predicted values by the model and experimental values was less than 10%. By using the regression equation of experiment, the prediction and optimization of power consumption and solid quantity delivered of solid conveying process in intermeshing co-rotating twin screw extruder could be realized, as a result, the efficiency was improved and energy consumption was decreased.
