ADR对苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物/聚乙烯胶反应增容的研究

摘要 利用一种含多环氧官能团的扩链剂(ADR)对SMA(苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物)/MA-PE(马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯)热熔胶(HMA)进行了反应增容,并采用熔融共混法制备了MA-PE/SMA/ADR共混材料。研究结果表明:随着ADR掺量的增加,共混物的断裂伸长率和拉伸强度呈先升后降态势,而分散相(SMA)粒子尺寸呈先小后大态势;当w(ADR)=0.2%(相对于共混物总质量而言)时,增容效果相对最好(断裂伸长率为785%,拉伸强度为18.4 MPa,共混改性后PE-HMA的维卡软化点略有提升)。 The reactive compatibilization of SMA (styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer)/MA-PE (maleic anhydride graft polyethylene) hot melt adhesive (HMA) was implemented by a multi epoxy functional chain extender (ADR) as reactive compatibilizer, and the MA-PE/SMA/ADR polyblend was prepared by melt blending. The research results showed that the elongation at break and tensile strength of polyblend had the trend of rise-fall with increasing ADR content, but the particle size of dispersed phase (SMA) had the trend of small- big. The compatibilization effect was relatively best when mass fraction of ADR was 0.2% in polyblend because the elongation at break and tensile strength were 785% and 18.4 MPa respectively, and the Vicat softening temperature of blend modified PE-HMA was slightly increased.
