摘要
根据国内某汽车生产厂对悬架弹簧提出的设计要求,对悬架弹簧的结构设计、材料选择、结构CAE(Computer Aided Engineering)分析进行研究,给出了F1-XXX车型弹簧结构的优化参数、选材,并且对结构进行仿真的CAE分析,表明选用55CrSi油淬火回火钢丝能满足该车型用簧的疲劳强度要求.
According to the design requirements from a specific automotive manufacturing company,the structural design,material selection and structural CAE analysis are conducted on suspension springs.Based on the optimization parameters and selected materials for F1-XXX model,the structure is analyzed using SolidworksTM Simulation CAE.Therefore,it is indicated that the oil-quenched and-tempered 55CrSi steel wire can meet the demands on fatigue strength of suspension springs.
