摘要
某发动机运转初期,突然发生异响,拆解发动机发现气门弹簧和气门断裂。分别对气门、气门弹簧进行材质分析,检测结果正常。通过对气门弹簧外观观察,气门弹簧工作时内外表面、不同螺旋角和压缩变形时的切应力分析,从而得出弹簧表面擦伤导致气门弹簧断裂,气门进气缸内撞击导致异响及气门变形、断裂的结论。
The engine made an unwanted noise when it set to work. It was found that the valve spring and the valve were broken off. Respectively analyzing the materials of the valve and the valve spring, the results show that they accord with the technology standard. On the observation of macroscopic appearance of the spring, analyzing shearing stress of inside and outside face, helix angles and compression to the working spring, accordingly educed that the scrape of the spring result in cracking, the valve dropping into cylinder and stroking made an unwanted noise, distortion and rupture.
