摘要
研究某一型号吸油烟机本身固有的结构特性。建立吸油烟机三维模型,使用ANSYS Workbench软件对模型进行模态分析,采用锤击法对吸油烟机进行模态试验分析,并将仿真与试验所得到的吸油烟机前五阶固有频率和振型进行对比。试验和计算所得固有频率误差在5%之内,模态振型基本吻合。所得吸油烟机的固有频率可作为缓冲包装设计的有效依据,所建立的吸油烟机三维模型准确可靠,为后续的谐响应分析、瞬态分析奠定了基础。
To study the inherent structural characteristics of a range hood. The finite element model of the hood was established, and the modal analysis was carried out by using ANSYS Workbench software. Then, the experimental modal analysis with the hammer. The natural frequency and vibration mode of the first five hoods are compared with the simulation results comparing. The error between the experimental frequency and the calculated frequency is less than 5%. The calculated modal shape and the experimental mode are nearly the same. The finite element 3D model is accurate and reliable, and it laid the foundation for the subsequent harmonic response analysis and transient analysis.
