摘要
汽车零部件在固有频率下工作,振动系统会发生强烈的共振,导致零部件发生破坏,并将振动放大,影响整车舒适性.使用ANSYS Workbench分析软件提供的模态分析功能,建立汽车悬架螺旋弹簧的有限元模型,分析了汽车悬架弹簧的自由模态和工作模态,并进行了模态试验验证.验证结果可为整车设计和弹簧优化提供依据.
When automobile parts work under natural frequency,the vibration system will generate resonance intensively. Those parts can easily be destroyed while exacerbating the resonance which will reduce the comfort of the automobiles. This article adopted the modal analysis of ANSYS Workbench software and established a finite element model of the automobile suspension helical spring. Then the paper analyzed the free modal and working modal. And through the verification of modal test,the results provided the basis for the vehicle design and spring optimization.
