电站主流煤粉锅炉飞灰含碳量升高对供电煤耗的影响计算与分析 被引量:5

摘要 用简化方法计算了亚临界、超临界、超超临界凝汽式火电机组的煤粉锅炉飞灰含碳量对电厂供电煤耗的影响,并对计算结果进行分析讨论。计算结果表明:当飞灰含碳量提高1%时,电厂的供电煤耗提高约0.8~2.09g/kwh。煤的发热量越低,供电煤耗的增加幅度越大。,锅炉的压力等级越低,供电煤耗的提高幅度越大。 On the bases of reasonable assumptions,the standard coal consumptions of sub-critical,supercritical,ultra-supercritical power plant with condenser were calculated,and the calculated results were discussed and analyzed.The calculation results reveals that the standard coal consumptions of power plant with condenser increase 0.8-2.09g/kWh,with the average rising of 1.0% carbon contained in fly ash.Lower the coal heat value and lower the pressure grade of boiler,the more increasing of the standard coal consumptions of power plant with condenser.
