摘要
京能热电3、4号锅炉飞灰含碳量高,严重影响锅炉的效率,经过对锅炉进行燃烧调整,诸如:调整煤粉细度和燃烧配风及减少锅炉漏风,明显地降低了飞灰含碳量,改善了锅炉的效率和经济性。
High carbon content in the fly ash at boilers 3 and 4 in Beijing Jingneng Thermal Power Co. Ltd influenced seriously the efficiency of boiler, through the combustion adjustment to the boilers, such as the adjustment of the pulverized coal fineness and combustion-oriented air distribution system, and reducing air leakage at boiler, the coal contained in fly ash is obviously reduced in result to improving the efficiency and economy of boiler.
