摘要 目的 对30日龄的Fmr1基因敲除小鼠的自主活动进行观察.方法 采用30日龄的KO鼠和WT鼠分别连续进行2天的自主活动实验,根据所获得的数据进行多因素方差分析处理.结果 通过第1天的学习与第2天的记忆再现,在自主活动实验中,与WT鼠相比,KO鼠在自主活动实验中的活动和站立次数均增多,具有统计学意义(P<0.05),粪便数相比无明显差异.结论 30日龄Fmr1基因敲除小鼠的自主活动异常,运动性和兴奋性较野生型小鼠增高. Objective To compare the behavioural differences at 30 days age in spontaneous activity test. Methods Fmr1 knockout mice were identified using the PCR technica. and spontaneous activity test was used in the study .The data was analyzed with Multifactor Variance Analysis. Results Activities in their own experiments, as compared with WT mice, KO mice in the experiment of self-activity increase in the number of activities and reduction in the number of standing, with statistical significance ( P〈0.05 ), but there were no significant differences on manure behaviour between two groups. Conclusion Fmr1 knockout animals exhibited higher locomotor activity in the spontaneous activity test at 30 days age.
