摘要
目的研究针刺与运动疗法不同干预次序对卒中大鼠缺血区大脑皮层脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)表达的影响。方法采用大鼠大脑中动脉阻塞法制备卒中大鼠模型,将30只大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、假手术组,先针后运动组、先运动后针组,应用免疫组化方法观察5组BDNF阳性细胞数,并进行图像分析。结果光镜下计数免疫组化染成棕黄色或黄褐色的BDNF阳性细胞,先针后运动组、先运动后针组与空白组比较阳性细胞数显著增加(P<0.01),先针后运动组比模型组也有显著表达(P<0.05)。结论针刺与运动疗法的不同干预次序对卒中大鼠大脑皮层BDNF的表达存在差异,但尚缺乏足够的证据说明针刺与运动疗法先后干预次序的优劣。
Objective To observe the effects of different interference orders of electroacupuncture and exercise therapy on the expression of BDNF in rats with middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO). Methods 30 rats were divided randomly into blank group, model group, sham operation group, the group with acupuncture first and group with exercise first. The model rats were made by MCAO. The number of BD- NF positive cells was observed by immunohistochemical method, and image analysis was performed. Results Brown-yellow stained cells appeared under light microscopic. Compared with blank group, the number of BD- NF positive cells was increased significantly in the group with acupuncture first, group with exercise first respectively (P〈0.01). There was significant difference in the expression of BDNF between the group with acupuncture first and the model group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Different interference orders of electroacupuncture and exercise therapy have obvious effect on the expression of BDNF in MCAO rats, but there is no evidence to claim which one has better therapeutic effect.
