摘要
反馈评价是微格教学中的一个重要环节.立足突出专业学科特点等原则,按照教学问题诊断等方法,构成了一个较完善的评价体系,实践表明评价体系目标准确、针对性强、训练效果显著.
Feedback assessment is an important part in microteaching. Based on the principle of outstanding professional discipline characteristic, according to the method of teaching problem diagnosis,we formed a relatively complete evaluation system, practice showed that the aim of evaluation system was accurate ,with the pertinence, the training effect was remarkable.
