摘要
在刮板输送机轨座力学分析的基础上,对其进行了静强度分析,并进行疲劳寿命的仿真计算,预测了理想情况下轨座的疲劳寿命。通过对轨座疲劳寿命的灵敏度分析,研究了各种机加工方法和工艺处理方法对使用寿命的影响,提出了提高轨座疲劳寿命的机加工方法和工艺措施。
Based on the mechanical analysis on the track base of the scraper conveyer,the static strength of track base was analyzed.In addition,the fatigue life of the track base was predicted by simulation and computation and the fatigue life of the track base in ideal conditions was obtained.Then,the fatigue life sensitivity of the track base was analyzed,and the influences of various machining methods and technical measures on the fatigue life were analyzed.Finally,the machining methods and technical measures for enhancing the fatigue life of the track base were proposed.
