摘要
为研究某型号刮板输送机轨座在外力作用下的受力情况,应用三维建模软件Solid Works对轨座进行三维实体建模,通过有限元分析软件ANSYS模拟轨座在受到采煤机作用下的应力分布与变形分布情况,分析结果显示轨座满足强度要求,而且有足够的余量,可以进行以质量最小为目标函数的优化设计。对轨座以总质量减轻20%为优化目标,通过ANSYS软件进行优化计算,得到优化方案图,为后续优化设计提供依据。
In order to study the certain type scraper conveyor track base under the action of external force, the application of three dimensional modeling software Solid Works 3 d entity modeling was carried out, through finite element analysis software ANSYS to simulate the track baes under the action of stress distribution and deformation distribution, the analysis results show that the track baes completely meet the requirements of strength, and have enough allowance, can make the minimum quality as the objective function of optimization design. On track baes total quality to reduce 20% for the optimization goal, optimization calculation by ANSYS software, the optimized plan diagram, provides the optimization basis for the subsequent shape optimization design.
