煤矿电气设备的隔爆外壳结构优化

摘要 对在产的煤矿井下电气设备进行应力应变分析,根据分析结果,以外壳板厚、法兰厚、加强筋截面尺寸为设计变量,以各侧板受到的应力小于σmax和外壳最大变形量小于5mm为约束条件,以隔爆外壳质量最小化为目标函数对隔爆外壳进行结构优化。结果表明,优化后隔爆外壳的质量减轻了38.083kg,同时也通过了国家标准GB3836-2010的出厂水压试验。 Carried on stress-strain analysis for the production of coal mine underground electrical equipment, according to the results,took the shell thickness, flange thickness and ribs sectional dimensions as design variables, each side suffered stress is less than σmax and the maximum deformation amount of shell is less than 5mm to the constraints, flame-proof enclosure quality minimization as objective function to optimize the structure of Flame-proof enclosure. The results show that after optimizing the quality of flame-proof enclosure reduces 38.083 kg, but also through the factory hydraulic test of the national standard GB3836-2010.
