摘要 针对重型刮板输送机销轨座过早损坏问题,阐述了轨座的实际破坏情况和改进需求,并对其安装和受力工况进行了分析,在此基础上,利用ABAQUS有限元软件对其改进前的结构进行了强度校核,为轨座结构的改进提供了重要依据。对轨座的材质和结构进行了优化设计,保证了轨座的正常使用寿命,同时在基本不降低零件强度的前提下,减轻零件重量约18.7%,极大降低了备件采购成本,为企业带来较大经济效益,且为同类型设备的升级改造提供了有益借鉴。 In order to solve the premature failure of the track base of the heavy-duty scraper conveyor, this paper firstly describes the actual damage situation and improvement demand of the rail seat, and analyzes the installation and the force condition. The strength of the structure is checked by using ABAQUS finite element software, which provides an important basis for the improvement of the rail seat structure. Then, the material and structure of the rail seat are optimized to ensure the normal service life of the rail seat. At the same time, the part weight is reduced by 18.7% without reducing the part strength, which greatly reduces the cost of spare parts procurement. The technology can bring greater economic benefits for the enterprise, and provide a useful reference for the same type of equipment upgrading.
