摘要
为了通过饮食治疗高血脂症,研究了山楂、丹参和三七合用对高血脂症人群的降血脂效果,将80例被试随机分成对照组(40例)和试验组(40例),试验组在正常饮食的基础上,经专业营养师指导,每天食用具有营养价值和保健功效的山楂、丹参和三七复合物10 g,对照组只进行正常饮食。结果表明:试验组降血脂效果明显优于对照组,试验组在试验后TG和LDL-C分别下降了60.53%和39.13%,疗效为显效,TC在试验后下降了10.71%,HDL-C上升了0.1mmol/L。可以认为一定时期内,食用一定量的山楂、丹参和三七复合物,能有效地降低血清胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平。
The combination of Hawthorn,Salvia miltiorrhiza bunge and Panax Notoginseng has the antihyperlipidemia effect.Eighty patients with hyperlipemia were randomly divided into control group(n=40) and experimental group(n=40).Under the guidance of professional dietitian,besides normal diet,experimental group also take some mixture(10g) of Hawthorn、Salvia miltiorrhiza bunge and Panax Notoginseng rich in nutrition and health care effect.In contrast,control group were just on normal diet.The final results indicate that the effects of antihyperlipidemia in the experimental group were much better than those in the control group.The combination of Hawthorn,Salvia miltiorrhiza bunge and Panax Notoginseng has a positive treatment.TG and LDL-C of the patients in experimental group were lowered into 60.53% and 39.13% respectively,their TC was cut by 10.71% and HDL-C was raised at 0.1mmol/L.Therefore,it can be concluded that taking some mixture of Hawthorn,Salvia miltiorrhiza bunge and Panax Notoginseng could lower the levers of serum cholesterol and plasma low-density lipoprotein cholesterol.
