摘要 目的探讨特种兵训练前后细胞体液免疫机能和生化指标的改变。方法用流式细胞仪和血生化分析仪对52名特种兵训练前后T、B、NK淋巴细胞亚群及血生化指标进行检测。结果与训练前比较,特种兵CD3+CD4+T淋巴细胞、CD3-CD19+B淋巴细胞均显著升高(P<0.05),CD3-CD56+NK淋巴细胞显著降低(P<0.05)。与训练前比较,HLD-C、ApoA2水平升高(P<0.05,P<0.01);ApoC2、TG、ApoE水平降低(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论特种兵在训练后机体细胞免疫应答能力有增强趋势,心肌酶类水平增高,脂类代谢加强。 Objective To study the change in cell immune function and biochemical parameters of special soldiers before and after training.Methods T,B and NK cells as well as biochemical parameters of 52 special soldiers were detected with flow cytometer and biochemical analyzer.Results The number of CD3+ CD4+ and CD3-CD19+ cells was significantly greater while the number of CD3-CD56+ NK cells was significantly smaller after training than before training(P0.05).The level of ApoA2 and HLD-C was significantly higher while the level of ApoC2,TG and ApoE was significantly lower after training than before training(P0.05).Conclusion The cell immune function,myocardium enzyme level,and lipoprotein metabolism increased in special soldiers after training.
