远航对舰艇官兵细胞免疫功能和营养状况的影响 被引量:14

摘要 目的探讨远航对舰艇官兵免疫功能和营养状况的影响。方法用流式细胞仪和日立模块式7600全自动血生化分析仪对173名舰艇官兵远航前后T、B、NK淋巴细胞亚群(包括CD3+、CD3+CD4+、CD3+CD8+、CD4+/CD8+、CD3-CD19+和CD3-CD56+等6项免疫指标)和血清总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、葡萄糖(Glu)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白A1(ApoA1)、载脂蛋白A2(ApoA2)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)、载脂蛋白C2(ApoC2)、载脂蛋白C3(ApoC3)、载脂蛋白E(ApoE)、脂蛋白a[LP(a)]及血清铁(Fe2+)、总铁结合力(TIBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、钾(K+)、钠(Na+)、氯(Cl-)、钙(Ca2+)、镁(Mg2+)等指标进行了检测。结果与航前比较,舰艇官兵CD3+淋巴细胞、CD3+CD4+淋巴细胞、CD4+/CD8+均显著升高(P<0.05),CD3+CD8+淋巴细胞显著降低(P<0.05)。Glu、ApoC2水平显著升高(P<0.01),ApoA2水平升高(P<0.05),TC、LDC-C、ApoB、LP(a)水平显著降低(P<0.01);总铁结合力水平升高(P<0.05),TP、ALB、Hb水平显著降低(P<0.01),血清Fe2+水平降低(P<0.05),Mg2+水平升高(P<0.05),Na+、Ca2+水平显著降低(P<0.01)。结论远航期间舰艇官兵免疫力提高,白蛋白和血清Fe2+、Na+、Ca2+水平降低,应给予及时补充。 Objective To investigate the effects of sea voyage on cellular immune function and nutrition status of naval servicemen. Methods A total of 173 male naval servicemen were included in the present study. The percentage of T, B and NK cell subpopulations from peripheral blood were assessed by flow cytometry. CD3^+, CD3^+CD4^+, CD3^+CD8^+ and CD4^+/CD8^+ were employed as the markers of T cell subpopulation, CD3-CD19^+ served as the marker of B cell subpopulation, and CD3-CD56^+ served as the marker of NK cell subpopulation. The serum total protein (TP), albumin (ALB), glucose (Glu), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HLD-C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), apolipoprotein A1 (ApoA1), apolipoprotein A2 (ApoA2), apolipoprotein B (ApoB), apolipoprotein C2 (ApoC2), apolipoprotein C3 (ApoC3), apolipoprotein E (ApoE), lipoprotein a (LPa), Fe^2+, total iron-binding capacity (TIBC), Hb, K^+, Na^+, Cl^-, Ca^2+ and Mg^2+ levels were determined by 7600DDP. Results Compared with that before sailing, the percentage of CD3+, CD3+CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ elevated significantly during voyage (P〈0.05); CD3+CD8+ plummeted markedly (P〈0.05); Glu and APOC2 levels were elevated markedly compared with those before sailing (P〈0.01); APOA2 level was higher than that before sailing (P〈0.05); TC, LDC-C, APOB and LPa levels were lowered markedly than those before sailing (P〈0.01); TP, ALB and Hb levels were lowered markedly than those before sailing (P〈0.01); Fe2+ level was lowered (P〈0.05); Na+ and Ca2+ levels were lowered markedly than those before sailing (P〈0.01). Conclusion The present study has revealed that cellular immune function of naval servicemen can get significantly improved during navigation.
