摘要
[目的]探讨临床路径在择期剖宫产产妇健康教育中的应用。[方法]将72例择期剖宫产产妇随机分为观察组和对照组,每组36例,对照组采取传统的健康宣教模式,观察组根据临床路径进行健康教育。比较两组产妇的健康教育效果。[结果]观察组产妇健康知识总掌握率为97.2%,对照组为77.8%;观察组产妇对护理工作的满意度为100.0%,对照组为86.1%。[结论]应用临床路径对择期剖宫产产妇进行健康教育可提高产妇对健康知识的知晓率及对护理工作的满意度。
Objective： To probe into the application of clinical pathway in health education for elective caesarean section parturient. Methods： A total of 72 pregnant women undergoing elective cesarean section were randomly divided into observation group（n=36） and control group （n=36）. Parturient in control group received routine health education and nursing procedure. Parturient in observation group were given health education based on clinical pathway. And health education effect of the two group cases were compared. Results： The rate of total grasp of the health knowledge among pregnant women of observation group was 97. 2% and control group was 77.8%. The satisfaction degree among pregnant women of observation group toward nursing service was 100.0% and control group was 86. 1V0. Conclusion： The application of clinical pathway in health education for elective caesarean section parturient can enhance the rate of the grasp of health knowledge and the satisfaction degree of them toward nursing service.
