摘要
目的为保证产妇出院后能科学地自我护理和照顾孩子 ,提高住院产妇产后健康教育效果 ,对住院产妇的产后健康教育工作提出合理的建议。方法将 10 0名产妇随机分成对照组和试验组 ,采用单独讲解和集体讲座两种不同的教育方式对产妇进行产后健康教育 ,教育后采用知识题考核和反示教的方法进行评价 ,比较两种健康教育方式的效果。结果两种方式均可以提高产妇的产后健康知识水平 ,且在总体效果上差异无显著意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但对于不同类型和内容的知识的教育效果上存在一定差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论对住院产妇进行健康教育要保证良好的环境 ,制定科学的教育计划 ,并结合教育内容选择适当的教育方式 ,使产后健康教育达到有效和科学的目标。
Objective To ensure lying-in women ’s ability of scientific self-care and taking care of their baby, and improve the effectiveness of health education’ through the health education instruction before leave hospital. Method 100 cases of lying-in women was divided into experimental and control group, face to face and group instruction method were used for health education, the results of the two kinds of method were evaluated and compared by questionnaire test and role playing. Results Both of hearth education method could improve the knowledge level of health for postpartum lying-in women. There is no significant difference on educational effectiveness for the two group ( P >0.05) There is significant difference on different method and content of education ( P <0.01). Conclusion For achieving better effectiveness and scientific goal for health education, proper situation,scientific planning of education and proper educational method according to educational content were needed.
