摘要
高等学校办学理念应该是以学生为本、满足学生学习成长的个性化多样性需求。英国约克大学本科人才培养的修学要求、专业体系、培养方案、教学方式、学习评价和学生服务等方面具有灵活、多样和实用的特点,把以学生为本、促进学生成长的办学理念落到了制度设计的各方面和教学的全过程,实现了学生全面发展和增加就业机会的目标。约克大学人才培养的设计思路和教学模式对我国高校的教育教学改革和创新人才培养具有一定的参考价值。
The educational concept of higher institution is that higher education should be student-centered and satisfy the individuation and diversified needs of student learning and development. The study requirement, speciality system, cultivation scheme, teaching manner, study evaluation, and student service of the University of York in the UK have shown the flexible, diversified and utility features, which reveal that the concept of student-centered and promoting student development has been implemented into the institution design and the whole process of teaching, realizing the goal of promoting student all-round development and increasing the opportunity of employment. The talent cultivation concept and teaching model of University of York can provide some important reference for education reform and talent cultivation innovation of higher institutions in China.
