摘要
结合工作实际,对近几年来高校学习困难大学生的转化帮扶工作进行了初步的探索,分析了学习困难大学生形成的原因,在此基础上,提出了学生困难大学生教育转化的帮扶措施。
Based on the working practice,how students with academic disability have been helped and converted is explored.Causes for their academic disability are analyzed.The strategies on the education and conversion of students with academic disability are proposed.
